Richard has been cast as Monsignor Joseph Mills Lawlor in Stephen Soderbergh’s new Cinemax series, “The Knick,” set in early 20th century New York. He will appear in five episodes as a member of the board of the Knickerbocker Hospital, from which the show takes its name. The exact release date is not yet announced, but it will be sometime in 2014.
